Edward J. Laperouse Metal Works Inc has the capability to provide a multitude of roof, wall, and soffit systems in large and small commercial projects. We carefully select system types and individual system manufacturers that we work with, in order to deliver proven solutions to our customers.
We are proud to represent Berridge, Mcelroy, Pac Clad, and Ultra Seam for our metal roof and siding systems and Siplast, Soprema, and Garland for our low slope SBS Modified Bituminous Roof Systems.

Understanding the importance of providing customers with a central point of contact for projects that involved roofing and other trades, Edward J. Laperouse received its Commercial Construction license in 1960 – some 61 years ago. The capacity to bring together a diverse group of subcontractors and follow through as a team working in unison, has been instrumental in our goal of being the first choice for our customers. Both private and public building owners have benefited in our capacity to add services such as electrical, HVAC, concrete, waterproofing, flooring, interior ceiling systems, doors, windows, etc to our work.
These types of projects have ranged in size from $1M + to much smaller. Whether it is simply replacing an HVAC unit during a roof replacement process, or something more complex and involving multiple trades, we appreciate the opportunity to handle your multiple needs.
