The capacity to bring together a diverse group of subcontractors and follow through as a team working in unison, has been instrumental in our goal of being the first choice for our customers. Both private and public building owners have benefited in our capacity to add services such as electrical, HVAC, concrete, waterproofing, flooring, interior ceiling systems, doors, windows, etc to our work.
These types of projects have ranged in size from $1M + to much smaller. Whether it is simply replacing an HVAC unit during a roof replacement process, or something more complex and involving multiple trades, we appreciate the opportunity to handle your multiple needs.

TESTIMONIAL
"We were extremely pleased with the renovation at Schaumburg Elementary and owe much of the success to the general contractor, Edward J. Laperouse Metal Works. The project included everything from a new artificial play surface to interior repairs to an 84,000 sq.ft. standing seam metal roof over an existing metal roof, and every aspect of the project was well coordinated, expertly managed, and skillfully supervised. I recommend Edward J. Laperouse as a general contractor at every opportunity."
